Below are the steps to removing the shield, which has changed from the previous system.

First, you must lift up the shield, as shown below.

Next, you’ll want to push forward the black lever (see far left red arrow pictured below) and pull off the side pod.

To remove the shield, push forward the black lever once more, and hold it there while pushing the face shield down to the close position. The shield will then detach from its connection.

To put the face shield back on, simply line up the shield’s cut out (see the hollow red circle below) with its connector (where the red arrow is pointing to), then push the shield up to the open position. While the shield is in the open position, push the side pod back on and then close the shield. Your face shield is now back on the Corsair-X.
