A step up from the GP Plus R Gloves, the Alpinestars GP Pro R2 Gloves are constructed from full grain cow and goat leather, with kangaroo leather on the palms.

Ventilation

Perforated leather allows for excellent airflow, keeping your hands cool and dry in warm weather. The knuckles incorporate Alpinestars’ Dynamic Friction Shield (DFS) knuckle protection system “for superior resistance to repeated impacts.”

Air intake/exhaust ports on the knuckles and vented TPR provide additional ventilation.

Protection

These gloves have stretch leather accordions on the fingers and thumbs to provide extra comfort and flexibility. A finger bridge over the third and fourth finger helps to protect fingers from separation and contortion in a crash.
