“Overall we had a great weekend at VIR,” said Prince. “The weekend started out tough as we qualified fourth. The first race was very tricky as it started pouring rain when we went out for the sighting lap. We made the right decision to stick with dry tires and halfway through the race we were in the lead.  I decided to take it easy with five laps to go, and we were able to manage a third place finish. We made a few small changes for race two and really got the bike working well. We were able to take the lead by lap five and continued for the remainder of the race, taking the win by .006 of a second. I couldn’t be happier with how the weekend went. My bike is working great and I can’t thank my team enough for all of the help and support!”

“We had a great weekend at Virginia International Raceway for round three of our season,” said Aguilar. “Our gremlins seemed to continue from the last few rounds with a couple issues in qualifying, but I was confident in our race pace. My team and I were able to get a great suspension setup and despite being close to last off the start, I fought the hardest I ever have to make it up to third with the fastest lap of my class. It was a great double podium for the team and I was very happy to see my teammate take the win. I can’t thank the whole team enough for sticking by me through the tough times and I’m really looking forward to Road America.”

“I’m looking forward to going to Virginia International Raceway,” said Prince. “I have had great success there in the past. We are leading the points and I hope to bring home two wins this weekend to extend that lead; I’m very excited for this weekend!”

Rider Jason Aguilar had an unfortunate weekend in New Jersey, finishing 14th and 13th respectively. After suffering from mechanical issues in the previous two rounds,  Aguilar is hoping for a change of luck in Virginia.

“After some mechanical issues and bizarre weather in New Jersey I’m really looking forward to getting back on track at Virginia International Raceway,” said Aguilar. “I was strong all weekend last year at VIR and I’m looking to be even better this year. The team is as strong as ever and I’m hoping to see two Riders Discount/Tuned Racing bikes on the podium this round. Thanks to everyone that makes this possible!”
