Trusted by MotoGP rider James Ellison and Isle of Man TT winner Michael Rutter, the Knox Armor Vest is based around their Aegis back protector. TheAegis back protector is very unique in that it uses multi-link CE Level 2 protection that conforms and twists to your body.
The honeycomb base on the back protector is not only safe but extremely comfortable and aids with airflow.
Speaking of airflow, the mesh vest is breathable and moisture-wicking. When it becomes too smelly, simply zip it off from the back protector and throw it in the wash following the care instructions on the label.
Inside the vest you’ll find a velcro strip to hold in the optional Knox chest protector and a padded back spacer that really allows for maximum airflow. This is removable if you don’t like the feel. The low profile chest does not constrict articulation and fits even under the tightest of racing suits. Best of all with wearing this full vest, you don’t have to worry about the back protector moving out of place when you pull your suit on. Everything stays in place with the Knox Armor vest.
